Leith Yazzie, a proud Jicarilla Apache Indian, left this world to be with the Lord, and our loving mother, Cindy Yazzie, on July 17, 2020.
Leith was born into a very loving family on November 8, 1984. He is the youngest of ten children of Harris and Cindy Yazzie. Leith is a loving and forgiving brother, friend, and son. He was a very avid football (Dallas) and basketball (Celtics) fan.
He never had children of his own. He always said his many many nieces and nephews were like his kids. After obtaining his GED, he worked odd jobs to help out family and friends. He helped anyone that asked if he was able. He was that kind of man.
He was preceded in death by our loving mother, Cindy Yazzie, his nephews,) Elias R Garcia and baby Christopher, and also by his niece, Sierrah Yazzie. He also was preceded in death by a very dear friend, Lucille Fuentes Yazzie.
He is survived by his father, Harris Yazzie, two brothers, Chris and Floyd, and seven sisters, Zelda, Velda, Harriet, Shannon, Rhonda, Monica, and Jessika, and their spouses. Also, he was survived by thirty plus nieces and nephews.
Leith will be dearly missed by all that knew him, friends and family alike.
Until we meet again, Rest in Paradise….
Contributions can be made to family to cover expenses, flowers, food, etc. for funeral services and for after funeral services.
